• Payment information: transaction references and payment metadata. We do not store full card details. Payments are processed by licensed payment service providers — Paystack and Fincra for GymCore, Stripe for Toile Studio.

• Communications: messages you send us via email or support channels
• Business messaging data: for users of Toile Studio who connect a WhatsApp Business or Instagram account, message content and metadata (sender name, phone number, timestamps) from their business conversations, used only to detect client inquiries and fill in bookings for that user

4. WhatsApp and Instagram messaging data

Toile Studio integrates with the WhatsApp Business Platform and Instagram Messaging. When a business connects one of these accounts, we process messages from its conversations only to provide the service: detecting client inquiries (leads) and filling in booking details such as client name, date, and package. We do not use message data for advertising, sell it, or share it with third parties other than the infrastructure providers needed to run the service. Businesses can disconnect an account at any time, after which we stop receiving new message data from it.

5. Payment processing

Payment transactions are processed by licensed payment service providers: Paystack and Fincra for GymCore, and Stripe for Toile Studio. When you make a payment, your payment data is handled according to the payment provider's privacy policy and PCI DSS standards. We receive only transaction confirmations and limited metadata necessary to provide our services.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

• Payment processors (Paystack and Fincra for GymCore, Stripe for Toile Studio) to complete transactions
• Cloud infrastructure providers who host our services
• Professional advisers where required by law
• Regulatory authorities when legally required

7. Data retention
